 Before embarking on a Training Program, it is very important to conduct a needs assessment and establish a baseline that appropriately captures an organizations current state. Training Programs delivered in the past, techniques used in training the target population, lessons learnt, time constraints and costs are some of the key points that are used to establish a baseline that represent the current state.
 
Once the baseline is established, a GAP assessment is conducted followed by establishing a 'Training Strategy' to address the GAPS. Metrics are also established in advance to ensure appropriate tracking is in place to measure progress and to ensure HR Factor consistently delivers Value.


Key to delivering a successful training program is the Strategic Alignment with the organizational vision. It is the most important aspect to interpret and translate what the client wants delivered.
